USE AND OPERATIONPilot check valves are used to block the cylinder in both directions. Flow is free in one direction and blocked in the reverse direction until pilot pressure is applied. They are easily assembled on a cylinder.MATERIALS AND FEATURESBody: zinc-plated steel.Internal parts: hardened and ground steel.Seals: BUNA N standard.Leakage: Guided poppet - negligible leakageOil temperature: 50° C - Oil viscosity: 30 cStCONNECTIONS:Connect V1 and V2 to the supply and C1 and C2 to the cylinder with the steel pipes
USE AND OPERATIONThe relief valve limits the maximum pressure in a circuit to the valve's setting. When the circuit pressure reaches the setting, the valve opens and stops the circuit pressure going any higher.MATERIALS AND FEATURESBody: zinc plated steel.Internal parts: hardened and ground steel. Seals: BUNA N standard.Leakage: Guided poppet negligible leakage.Oil temperature: 50° C - Oil viscosity: 30 cStCONNECTIONSConnect circuit port with pressure to P and tank port to T. Port P is reversible.
USE AND OPERATIONThese valves are used to adjust speed of cylinders in one direction; flow is free in the reverse.Pressure compensation is not provided, flow rate depends on pressure and oil viscosity. These valves are characterised by a high adjustment accuracy.MATERIALS AND FEATURESBody: zinc-plated steel.Internal parts: hardened and ground steel. Seals: BUNA N standard.Leakage control - needle type, Minimal leakage when the valve is dosed.Oil temperature: 50C - Oil viscosity: 30 cStCONNECTIONSConnect V to the supply and C to the cylinder to control; flow is adjust from C to V and is free in the reverse direction. When used on cylinders with double pilot check valves, the valve has to be mounted between the cylinder and the double pilot check valve.Flow adjustment is done by rotating the plastic hand knob after loosening the side locking screw. This particular configuration allows an accurate adjustment.
