Collect your order for free with Click and Collect

If you opt to collect your order from a local Sparex stockist we will provide details of available Sparex stockists closest to you. Simply select the click and collect option at checkout and choose the most convenient Sparex stockist from the options provided. We will then inform you via your preferred contact method (and via e-mail) when your order is ready for collection. Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive at your chosen Sparex stockist.


Late Orders and Shipping Refunds

If your order does not arrive within 7 working days or within the timeframe of your selected delivery service, you can contact us directly for details of your order shipment.

We aim to deliver your product to you within 7 working days. Deliveries may sometimes take longer. If your purchase does not arrive and you have contacted us directly to query the delivery of your order you can cancel your order, request a full refund, and return the order to us once the product arrives (if it arrives after the cancellation has taken place). Please note you will have to pay the postage for items once they arrive and you must return the items to us within 30 days as detailed in our Returns and Refunds terms and conditions


For all items with a major fault and which are returned within 21 days, we will refund the shipping (for our standard delivery options only). For items dispatched using special delivery (e.g. Urgent Delivery); if the product does not reach you within the stated timeline we will refund the difference between any special shipping service selected and our standard delivery charges. Please speak to our customer services representative on 1300 710 710 to arrange refunds on the above.


Delivering safely

In the event you are not at home when we deliver your order we will try and leave your order somewhere secure on our property or deliver to a neighbour. If neither of these options is available the product will be returned to our warehouse and delivered at a later date.


Splitting orders

Some products require that we use specialist delivery services. In some cases, we may need to split your order into different shipments to ensure your products arrive safely. If you only receive part of your order, the rest of your order will arrive shortly. If all the items in your order do not arrive within 14 days, please contact our customer services team on 1300 710 710.
